Just one look at her new album cover, and listeners will know that Alicia Keys means business. Entitled "Girl on Fire," the album features Ms. Keys on the cover donning all black, along with her new asymmetrical short hair that she first revealed on Instagram last month. Recently named one of the best-dressed people in the world by Vanity Fair, Keys also released a more racy photo for the album earlier this month, in which she's showing major side cleavage and a lot of skin.

“'Girl On Fire’ is about finding your voice, about being unleashed and about trusting your instincts and trusting yourself,” Keys reportedly said. “I can’t wait to share it with the world.” Keeping it in the family, her hubby Swizz Beatz lent his signature production on "New Day," the first single off of the album, as well as other tracks. Keys will drop another single, "Girl on Fire," on September 4, two days before her scheduled live performance at the VMAs. The entire album will hit stores on November 27.
