Arrest Warrant Issued For Kyle Massey
An arrest warrant has been issued for actor Kyle Massey after he failed to appear in court, NBC News reports. Massey, who was expected to appear before a Washington judge for a hearing Monday, is accused of sending pornographic images to a 13-year-old girl. An attorney for the 29-year-old "That's So Raven" actor says that he has made several attempts to reach the Kings County Court to no avail.
Babyface Announces Plans to Divorce
Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds confirmed plans to end his seven-year marriage to wife, Nicole Patenburg, TMZ reports. In a joint statement, the estranged couple revealed that they mutually reached a decision to divorce. "After much thought and with great sadness, we have decided to end our marriage," the pair explained in a statement. "We continue to care and have respect for one another and share eternal love for our daughter and her well-being. We ask for personal privacy for ourselves and our daughter as we navigate these new steps as a family." Edmonds and Patenburg share a 12-year-old daughter.
Texas Abortion Law Offers $10K Bounty
Texas' fetal heartbeat bill, which is slated to take effect on September 1, seeks to incentivize private citizens to enforce the law by offering a $10,000 bounty to anyone who successfully sues a person offering assistance to women seeking an abortion after six weeks. According to ELLE, a group of abortion providers, doctors, members of the clergy, and support groups have banned together to sue the state over the bill.
Nivea Speaks Candidly About Her Turbulent Relationship With Lil' Wayne
During an appearance on Kandi Burruss' YouTube series, "On That Note," Nivea described some of the turbulence experienced during her relationship with ex-fiancé and co-parent, Lil' Wayne. At the heigh of her career, Burruss says that the Young Money Cash Money rapper encouraged her to abandon her music to be with him. “He said, ‘Come be with me. I got you,’” Nivea alleged before sharing that this prompted her to send a letter to her label explaining that she was leaving music.

After giving up her career to be a "housewife" of sorts, Wayne allegedly convinced her to move out of their home so that he could move in his ex, Toya Johnson. "All of a sudden—this is kind of funny—he was like, ‘I ain’t never stay in an apartment before. Let’s get an apartment,’" Nivea recalled. "So we move out the house and get an apartment but I never realized he did that to move Toya [Johnson] back in the house.” The two broke up, but reunited and got engaged years later. While their romance did not last, they produced a child a together and continue to co-parent.
Victoria's Secret Karen Attacks Black Woman in NJ Mall
Abigail Elphick has been dubbed the "Victoria's Secret Karen" after she was filmed attempting to hit a Black woman inside of the lingerie retail store located inside Short Hills Mall in New Jersey. Ijeoma Ukenta, who filmed the now-viral video, told police that that Elphick had chased her around the store and attempted to strike her before having a meltdown once she realized she was being recorded.
