Balmain and Evian are back with another eco-friendly partnership. The eco-friendly capsule collection between the two brands consist of stylish pieces made from certified organic cotton, viscose and recycled materials.
The collection includes swimsuits, tees, hoodies, bombers, trucker jackets and jeans, all with the Evian x Balmain logo on them. Most of the looks play with new takes on soft pastels,and have interesting gradient treatments.
“Balmain’s first partnership with Evian helped show that sustainable practices can make for impressive outcomes. But, for me, that was only a starting point. If we want to continue creating beauty, while respecting the beauty of this planet, there’s just so much more that all of us in the fashion world should be doing now," says Balmain's creative director Olivier Rousteing. "We need to test and perfect new techniques in sourcing, recycling, upcycling, and sustainably producing—and yes, I know, the list can sometimes seem endless.
