A feature film about the life and times of Bernie Mac is in the works. According to The Hollywood Reporter, John Legend's production company, Get Lifted, has partnered with the late comedian's estate for the project. Further production details have yet to be revealed.

Fox & Friends Host Says White People Are 'Being Marginalized'

A recent episode of "Fox & Friends" took a wild turn when host Brian Kilmeade argued that activists are "trying to take down white culture" while discussing the teaching of critical race theory in schools. "They're not acknowledging any improvement in our culture, the gains made, how we are more equal, even despite our faults, than any other country," Kilmeade said in a clip captured by Raw Story. "The other thing is they are not only trying to raise up minorities and make sure the playing field is even, they're trying to take down the white culture." He then went on to say that the present generation of white Americans are "being marginalized on a daily basis based on our gender, our sexuality, and the color of our skin."

Ilhan Omar Clarifies Comments Following Backlash

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar made waves Monday after sharing a video on Twitter in which she called for accountability and justice for all crimes against humanity— including war crimes. "We must have the same level of accountability and justice for all victims of crimes against humanity," Omar tweeted. "We must have the same level of accountability and justice for all victims of crimes against humanity. We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban." Republicans and some Democrats say that Omar compared the U.S. and Israel to terrorist groups and called for clarification, to which Omar later responded in a statement, writing, “I was in no way equating terrorist organizations with democratic countries with well-established judicial systems.” Further, she explained that her comments referenced current International Criminal Court investigations were "not a moral comparison between Hamas and the Taliban and the U.S. and Israel."

Falynn Guobadia Does Not Blame Porsha Williams For Divorce

In a tell-all interview with the "Up And Adam Show," Falynn Guobadia expressed that she does not blame her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star Porsha Williams, who is now engaged to marry her estranged husband, for the divorce. "No one has that power over my life, my husband’s life, and our marriage,” Guobadia said. "I blame the both of us. He is to blame, I am to blame, and that is all." Throughout the interview, the reality TV personality maintained that she is unsure why she and Simon Guobadia are divorcing, and when asked if she believes that he had an affair with Williams during the marriage she responded: “I can’t answer that. I don’t know. It all just sucks. It hurts.”

After her ex-boyfriend, Future, seemingly took a jab at her in the extended version of his song "Maybach," Lori Harvey appears to be taking the high road. "I just try to stay up here and take the high road in every situation," the 24-year-old told Bustle. She went on to say that she believes that this attitude is what fans appreciate the most about her. "I think they get from me that I try to just not let any type of negativity or rumors or anything like that make me stoop down to that level and go back and forth with it or whatever," Harvey explained. "Just maintain my position of I know who I am, I know what's going on."
