If you’re a fan of Outkast, then you know quite a bit about the Dungeon—the famed Atlanta home studio where platinum albums like ATLiens and Aquemini were recorded. Now, in an attempt to “minimize risk” in the A, Big Boi has become an Airbnb host to offer fans a one-of-a-kind stay.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper and successful entrepreneur will host three overnight stays at the house, which he bought two years ago, on June 29, July 1, and July 3. The booking will only cost lodgers $25 a night and commemorate the 25th anniversary of Outkast’s 1996 LP ATLiens

The Dungeon begins accepting bookings on June 25 at 10:00 a.m. PT at Airbnb’s app and website.

“Atlanta is my home, and I grew up with the Dungeon Family in this house,” Big Boi said in a statement. “We would spend hours hanging out in the basement, writing rhymes and putting together beats at all hours of the night. Since purchasing the home, I’ve been excited to open its doors and welcome the next generation of artists to the space that inspired countless songs.”

The rapper lists the Dungeon’s description as a “stay [that] will bring to life the distinct sound and feel of Southern rap with highlights including: Guided access to the basement of the house, a ‘90s relic where me and André 3000 recorded some of our early hits, including our debut album Southernplaylisticadillacmuzik.”

This marks the first time the public has had access to such a legendary moment from Atlanta hip-hop culture. Overnight guests will have access to the state-of-the-art Dungeon basement studio, allowing them to record with Yamaha audio equipment. Big Boi will also provide guided tours of the house that became a hotbed for talent within the Dungeon Family—from Goodie Mob, Big Rube, Slim Cutta Calhoun, and the production trio Organized Noize.

Adorned from post to post with nods to Outkast’s legacy, the now-cemented Airbnb location includes a fireplace meant to resemble the black-and-white American flag seen on the Stankonia album cover, a peacock-feathered wicker chair, a fur coat-blanket inspired by the Speakerboxxx cover, platinum plaques, Outkast-inspired artwork, and more.

“You and a guest will live like music royalty for one night in a space designed to celebrate all of the Dungeon Family’s successes,” Big Boi added on the Dungeon’s Airbnb listening.

To celebrate Big Boi’s new gig as an Airbnb host, the company will make a one-time donation to Atlanta Public Schools Music Department to expand resources and increase access to music education. For guest to be eligible, they must currently live in the United States; while Airbnb will provide transport to and from the house and the Atlanta area.

Guests are responsible for their own travel to the place where all the playas play.
