Birdman and Toni Braxton have been plagued by breakup rumors for months. Despite the online chatter, the couple, who announced their engagement in February 2018, has presented a united front. The Cash Money Records CEO recently set the record straight about their relationship status during a Wendy Williams Show appearance on Friday.

When asked about rumors of his bride-to-be allegedly experiencing financial troubles, he said, "If she had or will have any problems, I have enough money where she'll never have a problem."

Birdman said, "Where did you get that from? Social media, I guess. Me personally, I’ve never been a man that put no energy into social media," when the talk show host questioned him about a cryptic post the label owner and his fiancée shared online.

The post Williams were referring to was a Instagram Story post in which Williams wrote, "It's over…"

He continued, "It was fake. I don’t know how this s**t took place, but for real, I would never be a man to bring none of my business to social media."

Breakup rumors weren't the only hot topics Birdman addressed.

He also set the record straight about Braxton losing her $5 million engagement ring.

"She told me like a week later. She's so G. That's what I like about her. She's so genuine. She keeps it 100 with me. It was in her luggage or something, at the airport, and the bag was left and the ring went missing."

Birdman's comments come months after he appeared onstage during Braxton's first performance on her Long As I Live tour. The rapper and CEO surprised his leading lady while sang her 1996 hit "I Love Me Some Him."
