Diddy to Deliver 2014 Commencement Address at Howard

If there’s anybody out there who could inspire future stars with his/her dedication, tireless work ethic and success, it’s Sean Combs. That’s exactly why he’ll be visiting his alma mater, Howard University, next month to grace the graduating class with the 2014 commencement address. Not only will the former HU student be there to deliver a wave of inspiration, but he’s also receiving an honorary doctorate in humanities. (He told y’all that he won’t stop.)

Eve Planning June Wedding

A lot of folks were shocked when they first learned that Ruff Ryding Eve was dating a… non-Black man. (Even she had a hard time believing it!) But clearly the harmless-looking White guy was just the right candidate to tame the pit bull in a skirt. What I’m trying to say is, Eve and her millionaire man, Maximillion Cooper, are tying the knot this June, and they’re doing it at the Blue Marlin beach-styled club in Ibiza, Spain. (So all you super-thugs who thought you still had a chance: give it on up!)

This will be Eve’s first time jumping the broom (although I think Stevie J almost had her back in the day… I know she’s glad she dodged that bullet). But for the Gumball 3000 founder and racecar-rallying father of four (yes, four), this will be marriage number two. Congrats to the newlyweds-to-be!

Tiny to Produce New Reality Series, The Real Hairstylists of Atlanta

Just when you thought there was no more room for ratchet reality shows in Atlanta, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris just proved there’s no stopping this reckless train. Alongside Dwight Eubanks (the flamboyant hair stylist/entrepreneur and former “gay boyfriend” of NeNe Leakes from The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Tiny announced she’ll be executively producing a new beauty-based reality series called The Real Hairstylists of Atlanta. The goal is to start off in the ATL, then expand the series to cities like New York, L.A. and Miami. (Not typical at all.)

Now I really don’t want to jump to any conclusions, but if her weave-weaving bestie Shekinah Jo is any indication of what's to come… hot ghetto mess! No word on which network the show will air on, but I’m sure VH1 will probably pick it up. (We all know they love the ratchets.)
