Diddy Changes Names Back to Puff Daddy

Sean Combs just can’t stay with one name for too long. He’s been Puffy, Puff, P. Diddy, Diddy, on and on. (He told you that he won’t stop.) But the multi-millionamer must’ve gotten hit with a serious case of nostalgia, because he’s now referring to himself as Puff Daddy again (!)… well, at least in the teaser for his new hood anthem, “Big Homie.” I would say this means we should expect to see a bunch of flashing and dancing around from the Bad Boy/Revolt TV boss, but when has that ever stopped?

Fantasia Returns to Broadway

Fantasia slayed during her run as Celie in the play adaptation of the classic American drama The Color Purple back in 2007 and 2008. Now she’s making her way back to Broadway in the hit musical After Midnight. The production is set in jazz’s golden era during the days of Duke Ellington swinging at The Cotton Club, and features a revolving door of luminary performances. Babyface and Toni Braxton are currently up to bat, while Fantasia returns to After Midnight (from May 13 to June 8) after a few months’ hiatus. (Werk!)

Kandi and Tiny Explain Why There Won't Be an Xscape Reunion

To all the Xscape fans out there holding on to hope of a possible reunion one day: let it go. Kandi Burruss and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle stopped by Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live to dish some dirt. And apart from the same ole Mama Joye/Todd Tucker drama and tired T.I.-Tiny blues (which I’m sure we’re all sick of hearing about), the two broke down what’s stopping the group from getting back together. Well, until Tamika Scott a certain member publicly apologizes to Kandi for “lying” on her (a.k.a. saying Ms. Burruss sang on a few… non-musical mics to make her way to the top), it just won’t happen, captain! And there you have it.
