Year in School: Senior
Expected Graduation: 2019
My extracurricular activities include working with Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, Psi Chi International Honor Society, and Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society. I also spend my time working with 100 Collegiate Women, Ladies of Excellence, Student Government Association, South Carolina Aggies, Psychology Research Club, and the “Nxlevel” Lifestyle & Entertainment Group. Working with all of these organizations allows me to do community service projects, mentor, and network.
I aspire to become a Psychologist and focus heavily on our youth by being a motivational speaker for young people across the nation, especially in the communities that are underserved. I desire to help young people find their purpose and encourage them to become the leaders that they are destined to be.
What is your most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen?:
My most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen, thus far, has been working with the incoming freshman class and young people in the Greensboro community. I was able to share my journey on the topics of the importance of being professional, classroom readiness, time management, staying true to who you are, self-care and mental health. Greeting the youth in the community as they went back to school for this academic school year allowed me to help them start the school year off with a cheerful and positive attitude.
