Year in School: Junior
Expected Graduation: 2020
I serve on the Student Government Association at Morehouse College. I am also involved in the ballroom scene, which is a subculture created by and for LGBTQIA+ individuals that allows us to display our talents and compete in a safe environment.
My passion lies in advocating for marginalized groups, specifically black and LGBTQIA+ individuals so post graduation my focus will be on acquiring my masters in Social work and a Juris Doctorate to be able to work with and fight on behalf of these individuals.
What is your most memorable contribution as a Campus King?:
Although my reign as Mr. Blue and White has just begun for this academic school year, My most memorable contribution as a Campus King thus far is changing the student body's perception of Kings at Spelman College. As a campus King, I was involved with not only my class but the entire Spelman community-- and that has allowed me to hold non-students of Spelman who want to hold leadership positions here accountable as well as myself. I am looking forward to making and creating more memorable moments for the remainder of my reign.
