UPDATE: 12/4/2017

While Cardi B and Offset may just have VH1 foot the bill for their upcoming nuptials in exchange for airing their highly-anticipated wedding special, the pair is ready to cut plenty of checks themselves if necessary.

Speaking about her big day, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper told BBC Radio One, “We’re going to spend over a million.

Whilst Offset has ”more money” than she does, she doesn’t find it ”fair” to make him pay for everything, especially when she thinks her expenses will far outweigh his, saying, “I don’t like putting all that responsibility on my man. No, it’s a partnership. I feel like my wedding dress itself is going to be at least $50,000 … it’s got to be extravagant. You only get married once!”

UPDATE: 10/31/2017

Following in the recent footsteps of Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir, newly engaged couple Cardi B and Offset of rap trio Migos will likely be sharing their baller nuptials with fans via the small screen.

The Bronx beauty and Atlanta rhymer reportedly will film their extravagant wedding for television, with BET first reaching out to the couple to secure the future hit. Soon after, Love & Hip Hop executive producer and Cardi’s former boss Mona Scott-Young let the rival network know that she’ll be handling the lavish affair via VH1.

According to TheJasmineBrand, contracts have yet to be finalized, and Offset is reportedly very reluctant to sign up for reality television. Still, it is most likely the two will be tying the knot for all to see.

The “T-Shirt” rapper proposed to his lady love last weekend during their powerhouse performance in Philadelphia. Check out the video above.
