Micah McDonald of celebrity styling duo Wayman + Micah, reveals how he channeled the Queen of Soul's glamour for EBONY's September 2021 cover shoot featuring Jennifer Hudson, star of the new Aretha Franklin biopic, RESPECT. The LA-based creative dressed Hudson in head-turning looks by Dolce & Gabbana, Cong Tri and Oscar de la Renta. He also tapped burgeoning Black designer and Project Runway Season 17 alum, Bishme Cromartie, who created a stunning custom look for our cover shoot with Jennifer.
