Like your time as a freshman in college, that COVID-19 15—or should we say 20—is real. And for Will Smith, one of the world’s biggest movie stars, the effects of being in the house are catching up to him.

“This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing through the pantry,” Smith wrote on Instagram, while showing his roly-poly body. “I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better. No more midnight muffins.”

To make the change impressive, Smith is getting serious about his health by documenting his journey in an original series for YouTube. Tentatively titled Best Shape of My Life, Smith will show fellow quarantiners his attempts at “rebuilding his body into the best shape of his life and getting his groove back along the way,” according to a description distributed by YouTube.

The six-part unscripted series will be produced by Smith’s Westbrook Media.

“This is the fun, funny, inspirational, wildly adventurous, and deeply entertaining story of Smith challenging himself to improve every aspect of his fitness, from agility to power to recovery and more,” the description added.

On Best Shape of My Life, audiences can expect the charismatic Smith to feature guests including athletes, scientists and experts, who will all aid the box office blockbuster star in regaining his I Am Legend status. No official names have yet been made available.

This is Smith’s second show with YouTube. His first—Will Smith: The Jump—was a success for the streamer, notching nearly 18 million views in the first two days.
