Last Sunday, the legendary Sheryl Lee Ralph wore a custom jumpsuit from Harbison Studio as she sang the Black National Anthem,“Lift Every Voice and Sing,” a first, during Super Bowl LVII, The stunning red and black one-piece was designed by the designer Charles Harbison. It was an off-the-shoulder design punctuated by gold buttons, with blouson sleeves and a long luxe train. 

"Sheryl is a modern Superwoman and I wanted to make a look that was representative of that, as well as the occasion," shared the designer. "I think we achieved that. Sheryl's team reached out to us by phone while I was on my way home from the studio. It was like hearing the voice of god on speakerphone. I was so inspired that I pulled over and immediately sketched the initial design on my iPhone. It was full steam ahead from there."
