Charmayne “Maxee” Maxwell of R&B group Brownstone has died following a freak accident. Her family has confirmed her death, which TMZ reports was caused after she fell at home in Los Angeles and cut her neck on broken glass. The celebrity site says she was discovered by her husband, producer Carsten Soulshock, who called emergency services. She reportedly died on her way to hospital. LA police told TMZ they did not suspect foul play. Danish media, however, have reported she died after a fall while attending her son’s soccer match.
