Chicago police are investigating a Facebook live video that appears to show the fatal wounding of a West Side man who was shot in the Lawndale neighborhood Wednesday evening.

The Chicago Tribune reports that 28-year-old Antonio Perkins was shot at the north end of the 1600 block of South Drake Avenue around 8:45 p.m.

In the video, Perkins can be seen recording himself and talking before someone opened fire. Perkins collapsed shortly after. At least six shots are heard and the phone appears to tumble through bloody grass before going black. The video is about 37 minutes long. It begins with a woman describing with the group was doing on the street. The man, who many constantly refer to as Tony, takes the phone back shortly before shots are fired.

So far no one is in custody. Check back for updates.
