After dropping the updated and deluxe edition of Heartbreak on a Full Moon, which includes 57 tracks, Chris Brown unwraps another gift for the holiday with “Him or Me.”
The mellow tracks feature Brown singing about the aftermath of a failed relationship. “Try to drink away the misery, too drunk, too angry,” he sings. “Gotta come clean to figure it out / She cheated.”
Sharing the track on Instagram, he captioned it with a heartfelt message: “People don’t really know how much this is a passion and purpose for me to create and express emotion,” he wrote. “I put out music because you accept whatever gift I may have … BUT THE GIFT IS ONLY CREATED BY YOU!”
