Model and actress Kim Porter died last year from pneumonia, according to the Los Angeles coroner’s office.

Porter, who was a former girlfriend of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, died on Nov. 15. She had three kids, a son and a daughter, with Diddy. She had another son, actor Quincy Brown, with singer Al B. Sure!

Following the autopsy, the coroner’s office said the 47-year-old’s death was from natural causes, according to HuffPost.

Celebrities such as Faith Evans, Yolanda Adams, Lil Kim, Usher, DJ Khaled, Carl Thomas, Tichina Arnold, Kandi Burruss, Tyrese, Fat Joe, NeNe Leakes and Missy Elliott attended Porter’s funeral in her hometown, Columbus, Georgia.

Diddy, who delivered the eulogy at the funeral, said he and Porter were “more than soulmates” at the time of her passing.

“I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much,” he wrote on Instagram in November. “We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER S**T!! And I miss you so much. Super Black Love.”
