Details of Don Cornelius' death were revealed this week from graphic autopsy reports. The “Soul Train” host died in February at the age of 75 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. According to E! News, Cornelius suffered an aneurysm about 15 years ago, which caused him to develop seizures and "as time went on the decedent's health continued to decline regardless of his medication."
On the night of his death, the music legend called his son and said, “I don't know how long I can take this." The report also revealed the ailing father of two was "very depressed about his failing health" for the past six months. Pronounced dead only two hours after phoning his son, Cornelius left no suicide note.
