Serena Williams Invests in Fintech Startup Esusu

Serena Williams has invested an undisclosed amount of money into fintech start-up brand Esusu, which helps renters to improve their credit by reporting their rent payments to credit bureaus. “I started Serena Ventures to invest in diverse founders and early-stage companies that outperform and generate impact, while at the same time empowering others and creating opportunities," Williams told CNBC. “Esusu is really focused on credit building and creating pathways to financial inclusion not only for working families but for individuals as well.”

Increasing Number of Children Are Ingesting Marijuana Edibles

According to a new report from the American Association of Poison Control Centers, there has been an uptick in the number of children eating marijuana edibles over the last five years. WLNS 6 reports that in 2020 alone, nearly 2,500 calls to poison control centers were the result of children ingesting edibles in comparison to the 132 calls that were made in 2016.

LeToya Luckett Talks Co-Parenting After Divorce

Singer LeToya Luckett has opened up to fans about her co-parenting journey in the wake of her divorce from Tommicus Walker. Among the most important things that the former Destiny's Child singer has learned is to separate the failed marriage from the task of co-parenting. "What my therapist told me, what’s important, especially when you’re in the co-parenting space, is to try not to fix what went wrong in the marriage in the co-parenting space," Luckett told followers during an Instagram Live. "Don’t try and fix your problems from the past in your new chapter." The mother of two first announced plans to divorce back in January.
