Five months later and fans can finally put a face to the latest additions to the Carter family! According to sources, earlier today Beyonce and Jay-Z’s twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, were spotted for the first time on a family vacation in Miami with their parents and big sister, Blue Ivy.
