Beyoncé Spends Third Week at No. 1

Despite the chatter from critics who think it’s time for Beyoncé to retire (*cough* Miley Cyrus), the old head is still out here slaying these young chicks. Her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour was the second highest grossing show of 2013, and her self-titled surprise album reached its third week at number one on the Billboard 200 chart last week. (It’s the first album to do so since Justin Timberlake’s first 20/20 Experience installment last April.) All I have to say is that witchcraft she’s been practicing must really be working its magic.

50 Cent Facing Lawsuit for Posting Sex Tape of Rick Ross’s Former GF

In the midst of a rap war, no one’s safe… just ask Rick Ross’s BM, Lastonia Leviston. Back in 2010, she filed a suit against Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson for emotional distress after he allegedly leaked some footage of her getting her bump ’n’ grind on with Maurice Murray. (Don’t ask me, I don’t know who that is either.) Of course, 50 denies putting the tape out there, but a Manhattan judge recently shot down his request to dismiss the case, seeing that he inserted himself in the tape as “Pimpin Curly” to mock Rozay and all. (Smart move, Pimpin’.) So Mr. Cent better get ready to shell out those dollars.

Fantasia says, “… Stop Trying to Make Me Dead”

Once again, Fantasia slayers are trying to kill the poor girl off, and yes, all over the same guy. After her son’s father, Antwaun Cook, announced he was back with his ex-wife back in December (yeah, the same wife he was reportedly still married to when he and Fantasia got together), that’s when the suicide rumors started pouring in. Fantasia finally set the record straight on her Instagram last week and let all you kill-a-chick quick folks know that she’s doing just fine. And still breathing!
