Former United States President Barack Obama and the former First Lady Michelle Obama attended the July 28th date for the On The Run II concert in Maryland over the weekend.

Fans caught the two dancing to the music and having a good time while watching Beyoncé and Jay-Z put on a show. Social media was filled with reactions from shocked fans of the former first couple’s attendance to the show. Last week photos captured Michelle’s attendance at a previous show in Paris while standing next to Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles. According to the Hill.com, the music power couple and the Obamas are good friends.

The Obamas have been more visible in public lately. Former President Barack Obama was recently in Kenya and South Africa. According to Vanity Fair, Obama traveled to Kenya to visit family and while attending the opening of a foundation (Sauti Kuu Foundation) his half-sister Dr. Auma Obama founded. The initiatives for the foundation include personality development, sustainable economic growth, and education and training. Video caught the Obama dancing with his 96-year old step-grandmother. He later headed to South Africa and gave a speech in Johannesburg to celebrate the memory and life of Nelson Mandela. Michelle Obama recently gave speeches at Temple University for College Signing Day 2018 for the school district of Philadelphia and at the United State of Women Summit.

The On The Run II tour will continue with dates at Lincoln Financial Field House in Philadelphia, PA (July 30th) and at Met Life Stadium in Secaucus, NJ (August 1st and 2nd).
