In honor of the 15th anniversary of the late, great Notorious B.I.G’s death, BET will be celebrating the rapper’s life and illustrious career all weekend long. Log on to BET.com as individuals throughout the hip hop community reveal intimate accounts and memories of Biggie and the profound impact his music had on the game. With a diverse line-up that includes west coast rapper Too Short and former rap crew Junior M.A.F.I.A members Lil Cease and the one and only Lil Kim, even the biggest B.I.G fans are bound to learn something new. Mark Pitts, Biggie’s former manager, will give an exclusive interview as well.

A seasoned group of journalists will also be featured on additional video segments as they critique the current state of hip hop and answer the frequently asked hypothetical question, “What if Biggie were still alive and well today?” In addition to these video and article segments, virtual photo flipbooks guaranteed to induce waves of 90's nostalgia will be provided. Going from online to on-air, '106 & Park' will also be looking back on the life and times of Big Poppa and the once unstoppable Bad Boy Records.

Tonight at 6pm, Lil' Kim—who's making a splash with her new single 'If You Love Me'—will be stopping by '106' to talk about her personal memories with the man himself. She’ll also be judging a special 'Freestyle Friday', where the duos will be coming off the top to Biggie’s most widely-known instrumentals.

Clearly BET will stand for Big Entertainment Channel this weekend, so make sure to get your feel of one of the dopest MCs ever.
