Drake Says He Will Release Views From the 6 Via Apple Music

Jay Z promised a turning of the tide in the music industry when Tidal was reintroduced earlier this year. But the premium streaming service might get crushed in the wave. Apple Music has arrived and they’ve got, gulp, Drake. Plus some other dope, useful selling points, like Siri integration, curated radio and more budget-friendly payment plans. But we’re here for Drizzy, specifically his Views From the 6 LP, which the Toronto rapper says will be released via the Apple app. Beats Music will also be folded into the service, which goes live on June 30, as announced at Apple’s 2015 Worldwide Developers Conference yesterday. Spotify, Tidal… your move.

Master P to Spotlight His Family Life With Upcoming Reality TV Show

When it comes to family life, Master P is ’bout it, ’bout it. And he’s out to prove it with his upcoming reality show, Master P’s Family Empire. “We’re about to make it cool to watch good, positive, family TV,” said Master P, apparently unaware of Run’s House or T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle. “The Kardashians are entertaining, but what we’re doing is positive entertainment, which is supposed to not be cool. With my family, we’re going to make it cool, because we’ve been cool our whole lives.” OK Percy.

Anyways, Master P’s Family Empire (yes, that’s really the name of the show) will follow P and his five children: eldest son actor/rapper Romeo, 25; 18-year-old daughter Cymphonique (of Nickelodeon fame); and sons Veno, 22; Hercy, 12; and Mercy, 10. The show will make you say uhh! (or ugh!) when it premieres in November on Reelz.

First Look: Nicki Minaj in Barbershop 3

It was only a matter of time before YMCMB’s wacky lyricist took on the big screen. And after a bit role in The Other Woman alongside Cameron Diaz, Nicki Minaj will play a more substantial part in Barbershop 3 as a new hairstylist named Draya. A black-and-white behind-the-scenes clip from the film, which features returning stars like Ice Cube and Cedric the Entertainer, was released ahead of its 2016 debut. While it looks like the Barb is fitting in well, she might want to learn from Eve’s character and keep an eye on her apple juice.
