Nicki Minaj Previews My Time Again Documentary

The firsthand tour of Nicki Minaj’s life continues with the second behind-the-scenes documentary, My Time Again, the follow-up to 2010’s My Time Now. Nicki dropped the trailer for the MTV doc last night on Twitter. In the 60-second short, we see the Queen Barbie being pumped through the fame machine. Kendrick Lamar to Iggy Azalea: “Obviously God Wants You Here”

Kendrick Lamar thinks folks should take it easy with the criticisms of Iggy Azalea. In a new cover story for Billboard magazine, K. Dot comes to I-G-G-Y’s defense, insisting that her rap presence is divinely ordained. “She’s doing her thing. Let her,” Kendrick said. “People have to go through trials and tribulations to get where they at. Do your thing, continue to rock it, because obviously God wants you here.” Iggy’s The New Classic is up for Best Rap Album at the Grammys, an award that Kendrick lost to Macklemore a year earlier. He’s not sweating gramophones, though. “That’s not my overall goal,” he says. “It’s best to just go and enjoy the festivities.”
