Katt Williams was jailed on Sunday for allegedly assaulting a limousine driver during a heated argument about taking the Emmy-winning comedian and his dog to a scheduled performance from the Portland, Oregon airport, according to Reuters.

A police report said, “The victim sustained minor injuries to the face including swelling and cuts.”

The alleged assault took place on Friday night when Williams was scheduled to perform on Nick Cannon’s MTV sketch series, Wild ‘N Out. After the altercation, the comedian left the scene in a different vehicle and was apprehended on Saturday night and reportedly booked on a fourth-degree assault charge.

Williams was also arrested for an outstanding warrant from the state of Georgia. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, reports CBS affiliate KOIN-TV.

This is not the Father Figures actor’s first run-in with the law.  More than a year ago, Williams pleaded no contest to stealing a paparazzi camera and was given three years of probation in Los Angeles. In 2016, he was taken into custody for allegedly throwing a salt shaker at an employee of a Georgia restaurant.
