Mama, here comes that man! After walking away from his super popular Comedy Central series The Chappelle Show nearly a decade ago, Dave Chappelle has mostly stayed out of the spotlight. Though he’s recently returned to touring–and popped up on SNL with A Tribe Called Quest last year–fans have been clamoring to see him on screen once again. Now, it’s happening.

Last November, Netflix announced it had inked a deal with the comedian to bring three new comedy specials to the network. In addition to netting Chappelle a whopping $60 million, the move also marks his first standup TV special in 12 years.

Netflix’s Vice President of original documentary and comedy, Lisa Nishimura, called the upcoming special one of the “most anticipated events in comedy.”

“Dave Chappelle is a legendary voice in comedy — searing, vital, and now more than ever, essential,” she said.  “Dave’s three new specials promise to be some of the most anticipated events in comedy.”

Earlier today on Twitter, Netflix teased the upcoming specials–yes, two of them–which will be dropping March 21.

The clip features a pensive-looking Chappelle sitting alone while audio of his standup performances around the country play in the background.

Fans of The Chappelle Show know the comedian is not only funny, but his comedy is rooted in commenting on the issues of the day. And with Donald Trump in office, he has no shortage of material to work with–and we absolutely cannot wait!
