On Monday, Drake made a surprise visit to Sofia Sanchez’s hospital room after the 11-year-old went viral dancing to his hit single, “In My Feelings.” The young girl is currently awaiting a heart transplant at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, according to CBS News.

Sanchez received open heart surgery to help with cardiomyopathy, a disease of the heart muscle that makes it harder for your heart to pump blood to the rest of the body. Despite being in recovery, the doting adolescent made a video doing the “Kiki Challenge” in the hospital hallway. The video made its rounds on social media and got back to Drake who decided to make her wishes of meeting him come true.

Sanchez was left speechless when the Toronto rapper pulled back the curtain in her room just two days after her 11th birthday. “It’s a miracle. Because it’s one of the first wishes I got in a long time … I wanted him to come cheer me up for my birthday this weekend,” she said in the video uploaded on Facebook. “This is the best birthday present I ever had.”

Drake later shared images from his visit revealing that he and little fan talked about Justin Beiber, owls and basketball. He left behind merchandise for his latest album, Scorpion, and exchanged Facetime contacts with Sanchez.
