BEING, Centric’s inspirational docuseries that follows amazing women in Hollywood who have overcome major trails and tribulations, has returned. The second half of Season Six kicked off June 10 with “da baddest” rapper, Katrina “Trina” Laverne Taylor, and will conclude July 15 with iconic Xscape singer/songwriter Tameka “Tiny” Cottle.

On June 24, BEING will celebrate the career of R&B sensation Chanté Moore. The only thing that surpasses Moore’s physical beauty is the sound of her voice. Although the powerful singer scored hits and awards, her career fell short of its full potential because Moore’s dedication to her career has always played second fiddle to her storied love life. In this episode of BEING, we learn that Moore will never give up on love … no matter the cost.

Centric has given EBONY.com an exclusive first look at Moore’s episode. In the touching clip, Moore chokes back tears while discussing the devastating loss of her mother just as her career was beginning to take off. Watch the clip below.
