Hulu released the trailer for the second season of its hit series The Handmaid’s Tale. It opens up with Offred (Elisabeth Moss) asking herself, “Is this what freedom looks like?” as she sits in the back of a truck.
Besides the implication that Offred may have escaped from the torture of Commander Fred and his wife. The trailer also has bits of the more harrowing scene of rioting and a potential execution. Offred and her lover Nick also are pregnant.
Season Two of The Handmaid’s Tale is coming to the streaming service on April 25. Watch the trailer above.
