HBO celebrated its new late-night series, Random Acts of Flyness, with an interactive “museum” experience in New York City on Aug. 17-18. Terence Nance, RAOF’s creator, director and star, was on hand with the room full of influencers and tastemakers on opening night to record a live podcast and browse the exhibit.

Guest stars of the first season of comedy sketch show include Whoopi Goldberg, Ntare Guma Mwine, Adepero Oduye, Natalie Paul, Dominique Fishback and Paul Sparks.

Random Acts of Flyness explores patriarchy, white supremacy and sensuality from a thought-provoking perspective. The two-day pop-up homed in on those themes with vignettes and installations including “Black Women Will Save Us All,” “Braids” and “White be Gone.”

The series airs on HBO on Saturdays at midnight and was just renewed for a second season.
