JAY-Z is delving deeper into the TV business.

His company, Roc Nation, is launching a television production department run by former Weinstein Co. executive Patrick Reardon, according to Variety.

Reardon, who will be the vice president of scripted and unscripted television, is responsible for finding and “producing premium scripted and unscripted content.”

“Roc Nation is such an influential and dynamic company. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with them as they expand their brand into television,” Reardon said.

Roc Nation has dabbled in television and film projects in the past. The company produced Spike TV’s Time: The Kalief Browder Story, which won a Peabody Award, and developed Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story, which premiered at the this year’s Tribeca Film Festival.
