A familiar vocal powerhouse is coming back to TV screens this fall and that’s Oscar Award-winning singer, Jennifer Hudson.

The star is reportedly all set to join the cast of NBC’s The Voice as the fourth and final coach for Season 13.

The new season will bring back main stay revolving chair coaches Adam Levin and Blake Shelton. Miley Cyrus is also scheduled to return, giving Gwen Stefani a break.

In the announcement, Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Reality Group and NBC Entertainment stated, “Jennifer is an extraordinary vocal talent and one of the premier voices of our time. She embodies the experience, expertise, positivity and sheer talent that The Voice stands for.”

See, Jennifer is no newcomer to show. The 35-year-old actually served as a coach for The Voice UK, where she stole the show and won the season with her mentee singer Mo Adeniran this past April. If that serves as any ammo for the other judges to come hard, they better prepare for a heated competition!

We’ll be tuning in, and congrats to Jennifer!

I take my music everywhere I go! Time to work guys !
