People who quit their jobs usually give two weeks’ notice and leave as quietly as they arrived, but one former Popeyes employee wanted to make his exit memorable.
Twitter user DJHelicopter23 posted a video Wednesday of a man he says is his cousin quitting his job at Popeyes by singing a parody of Big Pun’s “I Don’t Want to Be a Player No More.”
“I don’t really want to work here no more,” he sang. “You gotta find somebody to cover my shift til tomorrow.”

His former coworkers seemed to like his rendition and danced along.

Twitter users seemed to enjoy it and, of course, brought the jokes.

One thing’s for sure, “he’s gone, he’s gone he’s gone.”
What’s the most dramatic way you’ve quit your job?
