Ever since Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein was exposed for sexual harassment last month, several within the industry have come out with their own stories of inappropriate interactions with their bosses and peers. Unfortunately, it appears Mariah Carey is now being accused of such behavior and more, according to her former security guard who currently has plans to sue the pop diva.

According to TMZ, a lawyer for Michael Anello has prepared a draft of a lawsuit, claiming his company worked for Carey from 2015 to 2017 and was stiffed on the balance in the amount of $221,329.51. Anello claims he was contractually promised another two years, which would add $511,000 to the bill.

He claims the “We Belong Together” singer humiliated him and his colleague by referring to them as members of hate groups, including calling them nazis, skinheads and white supremacists. He also claims Carey “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”

The draft also includes allegations of sexual harassment, claiming she committed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.”

For example, the security guard claims during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Carey asked him to come to her room to move some luggage. When he arrived, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open and refused to let him leave until he moved the luggage. He admits that no physical contact was made.

Carey’s reps have reportedly reached out to the security firm to settle their debts, but have no comment on the accusations of sexual harassment or using racial slurs.
