The police officer who tased and arrested Milwaukee Bucks Guard Sterling Brown in a Walgreens parking lot in January joked that he would do the same to Cleveland Cavaliers player J.R. Smith after he botched a play during game 1 of the NBA Finals.

Brown filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against the city of Milwaukee, which indicated that one of the officers wrote, “I hope J.R. Smith double parks in Walgreens handicap [parking] spits when he’s in Milwaukee!”

On Jan. 26, Brown was approached by officers for double parking across two handicap accessible parking spots.

After an exchange with an officer, he was eventually tased and arrested, which was all caught on video released by the Milwaukee Police Department.

Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales said his officers acted “inappropriately” following the release of the video in May.

In his lawsuit, Brown claims that the officers’ use of excessive force violated his  14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, according to CNN.
