Netflix announced the third season renewal of Justin Simien’s Dear White People on Thursday (June 21). The satirical dramedy will get 10 more episodes to focus on race, class, white privilege and sexuality identity on the Winchester campus.

The announcement came from the show’s narrator, Giancarlo Esposito, who in Season 2 was revealed as a member of the university’s Black secret society, the Order of X.

“Now that I have your attention,” he said, “…I come with a message of truth. To clarify the false information that’s being disseminated around the world today: ‘Dear White People’ will be returning to Netflix for Season 3. We’ll meet you there.”
