Naomi Osaka, 20, won her first Grand Slam championship against Serena Williams last week. Now the tennis star is making more history with an alleged Adidas deal worth $8.5 million annually, according to The Times.

Osaka is currently signed to the apparel company on a  low six-figure deal that will expire later this year. However, thanks to her newfound celebrity value, Adidas will reportedly announce the new deal on Thursday.

It will be the biggest contract the global brand has ever given to a female athlete, according to Yahoo. Through the mega-deal, Osaka will become this year’s second-highest-paid woman in sports coming in just behind Williams.

Stuart Duguid, the 20-year-old’s agent, told The Times that Osaka’s value is high after her win at the US Open because advertisers were at Arthur Ashe stadium watching her play. Though she played on behalf of Japan, Osaka moving to America at 3-years-old and being of Japenese and Haitian descent ups her appeal in the US market.

The Grand Slam champion also potentially has another endorsement deal with a car company on the way.
