Singer Solange is proving her talent stretches far beyond music: Her company, Saint Heron, is preparing a new furniture collection in collaboration with IKEA.
The “Don’t Touch My Hair” songstress shared the news via Twitter, revealing she’d be working with the Swedish retailer to explore “the creative space in between architecture, design, art, and music.”
“Contemporary art is a huge part of people’s life today,” said Marcus Engman, head of design at IKEA Range & Supply. “At IKEA, we are curious about the creative space in between architecture, design, art, and music and how that could come alive in the homes of the many people. This is what we want to explore together with Saint Heron.”
