It’s been too long since our favorite Sisters With Voices (SWV) graced us with a full album, but true R&B fans shall wait no longer! After 15 years, Tamara ‘Taj’ Johnson-George, Cheryl ‘Coko’ Clemens, and Leanne ‘Lelee’ Lyons have reunited on their new album “I Missed Us,” in stores today. Their upbeat, classic R&B sounding album features the current single “Co-Sign” that is climbing the Billboard charts.

Like other accomplished musical groups of the past, SWV has seen their fair share of trials, arguments, and divisions, having all pursued independent projects after disbanding in 1998. Lead singer Clemens released two solo albums, and Johnson-George married former Tennessee Titan Eddie George and was featured on TV reality shows “I Married a Baller” and “Survivor.” Lyons moved to Atlanta to raise her two kids.

“We tried to do our own thing individually, then we realized we’re much stronger together,” Lyons told the New York Daily News. “We always make great music together,” Johnson-George added. “You can always count on something really special from us when we come together.”
