The E-streets erupted after actress Gwyneth Paltrow's phone tweeted the words "N—s in Paris" while taking a picture with some of the Black elite. The popular actress, and close friend of Jay-Z, defended her usage of the word saying, "It's the title of a song!" But, that didn't stop the masses from speaking their outrage. So, to save his comrade-in-song, The Dream tweeted that it was actually him who sent out the tweet from Gwyneth's phone.

"Fyi Sorry for the [confusion] I typed N—-s in paris for real from Gwens Phone my bad…," the singer-songer wrote. "… please excuse it! We were lit!" Does The Dream think that we are dreaming to believe that Paltrow would give her phone to him, let him log into her Twitter account and tweet something to nearly one million Twitter followers on accident?
