Netflix released the first official trailer for its scripted comedy series, All About the Washingtons, starringRev. Run and his wife, Justine Simmons, today. The sitcom is a fictionalized version of the hip-hop couple’s family life.

The description for the show reads: “Worldwide rapper superstar Joey Washington (Joseph ‘Rev. Run’ Simmons) is retiring from the hip-hop game. With dad now home to hold down the fort, it’s Mama Justine’s (Justine Simmons) time to shine, fulfilling her lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Catch Joey and Justine as they explore new family dynamics with the Washington kids, coding teacher Veronica (Kiana Ledé), music producer Wesley (Nathan Anderson), child genius Skyler (Leah Rose Randall), and young Daevon (Maceo Smedley).”

The Simmons family found reality TV stardom with the popular series Run’s House, which aired for six seasons on MTV from 2005-09. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and his wife were featured in Netflix’s “Strong Black Lead,” an initiative focusing on Black creators and talent delivering authentic messages to their audiences.

All About the Washingtons premieres August 10.
