Trey Songz, 33, is being sued by a female fan claiming the singer became violent after she asked to take a picture with him outside of Vanity Grand Cabaret gentlemen’s club last year in Philadelphia.

According to a report by TMZ, the alleged victim has battled with a bout of depression as well as “cosmetic disfigurement” due to the alleged incident.  Court documents claim Songz grabbed and twisted the woman’s arm and wrist after her cousin tried to capture a photo of him.

He is being sued for medical expenses and other damages. The “Can’t Help But Wait” singer and the club were sued by the other woman involved in the encounter last December.  Songz is alleged to have smacked the phone out of the hand and into the face of the first victim, causing her glasses to break.

Earlier this month, he was sued by a police officer and photographer who claim Songz assaulted them after his December 2016 performance at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.
