Tyler Perry has done it again! After setting an OWN network record earlier this year with the premiere of his original series, The Haves and the Have Nots, the media mogul recently set another milestone with the channel.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the hour long drama’s July 30 episode netted a total of 2 million viewers, bringing the show’s season average viewership to 1.7 million. The show’s exceptional ratings adds to the its success. It debuted in March drawing 1.77 million viewers during its 9pm airing followed by an increase of 1.8 million viewers, beating out La Toya Jackson’s Life With La Toya, which previously held the network’s highest show debut with 1.8 million viewers.
