Many have been wondering how Usher and Tameka Foster's recent daily tragedy would effect the nasty custody and child support battle they've been battling. According to sources close to the couple, Usher has allegedly chosen to ease up on his demands over the weekend, settling on 50/50 custody and a slight increase in child support; an offer which Tameka reportedly shot down.
The R&B singer then is said to have met with his lawyers again earlier this week, where sources claim he agreed to give Tameka a "majority" of custody as well as a significant hike in child support. Tameka, however, has yet to be shown this offer, according to the report. The formerly married couple suffered a devastating blow this past Monday when Tameka's 11 year-old son suffered a jet-ski injury and was pronounced brain dead. They have two children together
