As world watched and paid their respects to the late Whitney Houston at her funeral Saturday, many wondered where was ex-hubby Bobby Brown. While gossip led many to believe that Brown was not allowed to attend his ex-wife's homecoming, the man himself has released a statement reporting an issue during the ceremony.

"My children and I were invited to the funeral of my ex-wife Whitney Houston," Brown said in a statement released mere moments after the wake. "We were seated by security and the subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions." Initial reports claimed that Bobby Brown was offered family seating for three, but arrived with an "entourage of nine."  "I fail to understand why security treated my family this way and continue to ask us and no one else to move," Brown quipped. "Security then prevented me from attempting to see my daughter Bobbi-Kristina. In light of the events, I gave a kiss to the casket of my ex-wife and departed as I refused to create a scene."

Was Bobby Brown treated fairly or not?
