Actor Marion “Pooch” Hall was arrested on Wednesday night for DUI and felony child endangerment, reports TMZ.
Authorities told the tabloid site, Hall was driving in Burbank, California at 7:30 p.m. when witnesses spotted the toddler on his lap holding the steering wheel.
The Ray Donovan actor, 41, was so intoxicated that he allegedly let his 2-year-old son drive the car because he was unable to steer. Hall’s blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit.

The officer on the scene said the child was not driving but “sitting unrestrained” on his father’s lap, according to Page Six.
One source claimed the young boy’s car seat was not ever installed in the back at all. Witnesses watched as the car weaved through traffic before swerving off the road and collided into a parked car.
No injuries were reported. The child was released into the custody of his mother.
Hall was released on $100,000 bail and is due in court Friday.
