We’re in the midst of lent, and while some have temporarily shunned chocolate and others given up cigs, Azealia Banks is fasting from one of her biggest addictions: Twitter. “I missed the beginning of Lent but better late than never,” Azealia Banks tweeted yesterday (March 2), adding that she needs to give her mind a break. “I’m going off tweets until April 2nd!!” She says her management team will update her account with promotional tweets, yet she’ll still be logging on to Instagram. Try holding your breath for a full 88 years to hear Wu-Tang Clan’s hotly anticipated double album The Wu: Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. Yes, nearly nine decades, give or take. “After 88 years the copyright, which includes public and commercial rights, automatically transfers to the owner of the work,” album producer Cilvaringz told Forbes. “However, it will still be his or her choice at that [point] to release it or not release it.” Cilvaringz added that backups of the album’s music files have already been destroyed. The loophole in the equation is that the eventual buyer could release the music for free, but it’s an outcome that RZA considers unlikely, considering the amount of money that will be exchanged. So set your alarm for 2103, we guess.

Whether you agree that Michael Jordan is hands down the greatest player to ever pick up a basketball (he is), his latest accolade is not up for debate. According to Forbes, His Airness has officially reached billionaire status, a first for a former athlete. The majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats and head of his own Jordan apparel brand joins 290 of the world’s new billionaires on the Forbes list this year. He’s now the 513th richest person in America; go ahead and let that marinate for a minute.
