Bruno Mars and Cardi B have teamed up for a remix of “Finesse,” a track from Mars’ 2016 project, 24K Magic. The duo originally teased the unveiling of the song at midnight on Wednesday, but they came through with a surprise by releasing the video.
Co-produced by The Stereotypes, the track was inspired by “In Living Color” finds the duo in their soulful bag. Bartier Cardi kicks off the track with some throwback swag: “Cardi B straight stuntin’ / Can’t tell me nothin’ / Bossed up and I changed the game / It’s my big Bronx boogie, got all them girls shook (shook) / My big, fat ass got all them boys hooked (hooked) / I went from dollar bills, now we poppin’ rubber bands.”
With this track being lead by a double dose of megastar power, the track is sure to make a dent on the chart within its first week.
Cardi currently has five songs on the Hot 100, including G-Eazy’s “No Limit” (No. 4), Migos’ “MotorSport” (No. 7), “Bodak Yellow” (No. 10), “Bartier Cardi” (No. 14), and Ozuna’s “La Modelo” (No. 52). Check out the video below.
